Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using CareBridge. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By creating an account or using the CareBridge application and web dashboard, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
CareBridge provides a device monitoring service designed for caregivers. The service consists of:
CareBridge is intended to support care for elderly or vulnerable individuals with their informed consent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You represent and warrant that you have obtained informed consent from the individual whose device is being monitored. You are responsible for:
Failure to obtain proper consent may violate local laws and constitutes a breach of these terms.
The CareBridge web dashboard requires a paid subscription billed at $16.99 USD per year. Billing is annual: the first charge occurs at the end of your 7-day free trial, and subsequent charges occur once per year on the anniversary of that first charge. The free trial begins when your monitored device first connects to our service — no charge is made before the trial begins. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on file. Subscriptions renew automatically each year unless cancelled before the next renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page; cancellation stops the next renewal, and you retain access until the end of the current paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
CareBridge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. CareBridge is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical care or emergency services. In no event shall CareBridge be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to CareBridge at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page, which will permanently remove all associated data.
You agree not to misuse the CareBridge service. This includes attempting to access data belonging to other users, reverse-engineering the application, using the service for surveillance without consent, or any activity that violates applicable laws.
All content, features, and functionality of CareBridge — including but not limited to the design, code, graphics, and trademarks — are owned by CareBridge and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The CareBridge service is operated by Andrei Lukoits, a natural person conducting independent business activity (individuali veikla) registered in Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania. These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of CareBridge shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; failing that, they shall be resolved by the competent courts of Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of CareBridge after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
